NORTH BALTIMORE, Ohio – 3:00 a.m. – Power has been restored to all remaining Hancock-Wood Electric Cooperative members. Crews had been working on site since Sunday when the wind storm hit Hancock-Wood’s ice covered lines.

Hancock-Wood keeps Member owners informed about legislation that could impact their rights or lead to unstable energy costs. Your voice has been heard at the highest court in the land. In response to petitions by electric co-ops, states and industry, the U.S. Supreme Court granted a stay of the Clean Power Plan. This is an unprecedented act by the Supreme Court.
