Bill Barnhart was awarded the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Engineer of the Year award from the Toledo IEEE Section. Bill is a past IEEE Toledo Section volunteer, encourages involvement in professional organizations like IEEE, previously served on Weston’s village council, and currently serves on Northwestern Water & Sewer’s board.
